As a graphic designer, my focus has been on reinforcing corporate identity, brand extension, and implementing new brand identities. Over the course of my career, I have been responsible for the artistic direction of client work, have led and worked on multiple teams in multiple industries, and personally oversaw client accounts. I have also been a plain old graphic designer, hired for one-off layout projects, as a temporary addition to an existing team, or just to make updates to a WordPress website.
As part of brand development, I have created original artwork and graphic layouts for annual reports, logos, brochures, books and book covers, magazines, newsletter, invitations, fact sheets, exhibits, outdoor signage, merchandise, web sites, direct mail, on-line banners, e-newsletters, lengthy publications, presentations, infographics, and various other creative materials. I have also developed branding guidelines on behalf of clients, and have created and subsequently managed several image libraries on behalf of clients.
Additionally, I have a strong background in copy writing for marketing, design, and advertising, resulting in tight integration of the visual and verbal messages.
I have extensive experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, the Microsoft Office Suite, and the WordPress platform.
Currently, I am available for freelance, part-time, and long-term graphic design assignments.
